Conversion Service Guide (copyright related)

• It is a service that converts data from sketchup into a data format that can be used in a snaptoon.
• The conversion uses a method that automatically corrects errors, but it can still cause a variety of errors.
• Snaptoon Warehouse does not directly correct data with errors during conversion.
• The error cannot be corrected because it is converted automatically.
• The file requested for conversion will be deleted after conversion. Snaptoon Warehouse does not archive.
• After the conversion is complete, the conversion files uploaded to the snaptoon warehouse and the files uploaded by the user are automatically deleted between 1 week and 1 month.
• The conversion service of Snaptoon Warehouse is a proxy for converting sketchup background files into different types of files at the request of the client and does not infringe the original creator's copyright of sketchup files.
• Snaptoon Warehouse does not share the background data provided by the client and the converted background data and does not use, archive, or view it for purposes other than the conversion business requested by the client.
• For reasons other than the above, Snaptoon is not responsible for copyright and related laws for the files to be converted.

What to do before uploading data

1. Please check the reference video related to the conversion. (Video below)
2. Please organize the layers. (Do not convert to layer-by-layer and season- The transformation is exactly what you see when you open the sketchup file.)
3. Please make the name of the sketchup file short and concise. (20 characters in English + numbers)
4. Png materials such as trees and plants may not produce the desired results. (Deletion Recommendation)

5. Data that is too heavy can have many conversion errors and is inconvenient to use. Please organize and send the necessary data before requesting conversion. (Recommended to divide only the necessary parts and convert them into multiple files) 

   (The capacity of the file should be less than or equal to 100M. We can't convert more than 300M)

6. Do not put textures in transparent materials. Transforms opaquely.
7. If the wall is in a non-thick cross section, external light may permeate between the wall and the wall or between the wall and the ceiling.
8. In addition, there may be a number of other problems, and Snaptoon cannot fix them.
9. The upload file must be a sketchup file. (We do not accept compressed files such as zip files.)

Required before uploading data!!!!

1. Upload only sketchup files
2. Sketchup file name up to 20 characters (only English + number)
3. Sketchup file capacity up to 300 megabytes

What to watch out for when using data

• If you use a snaptoon program or converted data inside a folder with a long folder name, the texture does not load. (Folder with 20 characters or Korean + numbers is recommended.)
• The conversion period may take 1 to 3 business days.
